Main ingredients of the sauce are mustard, which adds piquancy to the fish and honey, which leaves a sweet aftertaste.

Honey 2 tablespoons
Fillet or steak of salmon 700 g.
Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons
Clove of garlic 1
Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Dry fish with paper towels and season it with salt.

Step 2

Turn on the grill and slightly brush plates with oil.

Step 3

While grill is heating, mince garlic, add mustard, honey, lemon juice, pepper and salt than brush salmon with marinade. Leave for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Grill for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve with lemon or lime wedges.

It is impossible to leave even a small piece of this dish. Enjoy cooking!
