Asian cuisine was the first that presented combination of sweet and salt tastes. People in Asian region noticed, that it is very tasty but for us this combination tastes unusual. If you travel around India, China or Thailand, you will see sweet and salt food in the menu of every restaurant and street café. Our new recipe helps you to feel taste of Asian food in your kitchen!
|Chicken wings||1 kg|
|Soy sauce of Ascania-Pack||1 sachet|
|Honey of TM Ascania||1 tablespoon|
|Ginger root||2 cm (fine grated)|
|Vegetable oil||2 tablespoons|
|Ground black pepper, salt||to taste|
Divide wings into a few parts (it is more convenient to bake them that way).
Combine all ingredients of marinade and meat into a bowl. Mix them well. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
Put the marinated wings on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes (180° C).
During the cooking, you should twice spoon remaining marinade from the bowl over the wings. If there is no marinade into the bowl, use juice from the baking sheet.
Look up to the cooking time that we mentioned, but periodically check the wings in the oven. Golden crust means that the dish is ready.
Serve glazed wings with garlic sauce. Mix the same quantity of high fat sour cream and low fat mayo, add 1 clove of minced garlic and your favorable chopped greens.
Cooking of this dish takes 50-60 minutes (do not count time for marinating). Also, you should remember that honey creates appetitive glaze on the wings, so, we advise to choose liquid honey.
