|Liquid honey||2 tablespoons|
|Vegetable broth||2,5 l.|
|Pinch of chili pepper|
|Bay leaf||1-2 pcs.|
|Salt and pepper||to your taste|
|Sour-cream or natural yoghurt (for serving)|

Melt the butter in a pot.
Add chopped leek and stew for 3-4 minutes on a small fire.
Add chopped carrot, chili, bay leaf and honey (stew for 3 minutes).
Pour vegetable stock in a pot, bring to boiling and cook on a small fire for about half an hour.
Smash a ready soup with a blender add salt and pepper.
Serve with sour-cream or yoghurt, sprinkle with grated cheese. Croutons with grated garlic perfectly suit this soup.
