|Liquid honey||3-4 tablespoons;|
|Soda||on the tip of khife|
|Pinch of salt|
Mix eggs with honey → add milk, gradually stir and then add flour and soda → add oil and leave for 30 minutes.
Fry pancakes on both sides in a minute.
You can serve pancakes with jam, cottage cheese, chocolate, sour cream, ice cream, nuts, any berries or chopped fruit. They perfectly suit green tea, hot chocolate or coffee.
